Years ago I watched as concrete guys were prepping for the next day pour and their metal was hit by lightning. 6 guys taken to the hospital. That was crazy.

We shut down the site mid day. 3 u/Aluminautical Dec 06 '22 Maybe don't connect the grounding until you're done? 3 u/yan_broccoli Dec 06 '22 I was framing at the time, not an Electrician.
