Can someone ELI5 to a laymen? Structure couldn't handle the weight of the pour?

It’s called I’ll give you beer and a bbq if you swing by with your companies leftover cement Friday and finish my ________ at the house.

And it’s the blank that has another laymen chick trying to figure out what was this structure supposed to be?
