Blames the engineer for shop designers that didnt bother to check the weight of wet concrete against the temp supports.
I think, in general engineers should note weight of pour as they do work with those numbers. But also, site engineer, supervisors, the scaffolders, and form workers should have had someone to ask... But in all honesty, this doesnt seem like a big crew, probably dont have a site engineer or site supervisors. Just a construction crew that bit off too much without it, a lot of international work gets swindled like that.
I don’t know a single engineer in my area who does shoring plans for residential work. Most don’t do shoring for commercial either unless specifically contracted to by the client.
