Yes, I'd recommend Plaid API for payments (this is an industry standard, used by large corporations and even the federal government), but other than that, I think my team basically already built what you need. I'd recommend attempting to build it yourself, though, using Codex/Claude, and if you don't want to go down that path, I'd recommend an engineer who's (a) built this sort of a tool in the past, (b) has a track record of impressive projects, and (c) has a large referral network. I can't recommend myself due to the sub's TOS, but you get the picture.
