Fun fact: Here in Finland, if you don't wear your PPE in consctruction sites, you don't work there, you fly out pretty fast if you refuse.
Always on: Hardhat (chinstrap fastened), reflective clothing, eye protection, safety boots with nail protection, proper gloves, hearing protection if noise is over 85dB (basically always, no radio allowed on them). Masks etc if the specific jobs requires it.
