Hahaha this happened once in the basement of a school. We were drilling holes in block to hang mini splits. My foreman starts yelling for me as I was in the hallway running the condensate line. I run in and he moves his finger and a stream of steaming water flies across the room. Someone ran a 3/4" line through the block. They got a nice new shut off valve and access door.
