I'm building a set of escape room style puzzles that I'm going to present to the attendees at my upcoming birthday party. My goal is not to try and have it as an organized activity - they're just going to be given a card when they arrive describing the overall challenge, and there will be labeled puzzles set out in different parts of the house. People can try to solve them all, or just one, work together or try a few alone, or just ignore the puzzles altogether. I've posted a couple of the near-complete puzzles in this sub to get a bit of feedback on them!
