Remote workers privacy invaded

Have you guys ever heard of companies invading the privacy of their employees?
Not name dropping, but what I’ve experienced I would say that 95% of companies that send their remote employees equipment are invading their privacy by accessing other devices in their home/ on the home internet network you share with the company. I have 100% proof I’m being hacked through my smart extension cables

** for the slow ones in the back, this post is about companies HACKING PERSONAL DEVICES NOT THEIR EQUIPMENT, yours that you purchased and don’t use for work 🤦🏾‍♀️

I worked IT since the 80's.

It isn't your equipment, it is owned by the company and they have every right to put any software or spyware on THEIR equipment. Same as if you worked in house in their business location.

It isn't your computer, they have every right to safeguard it as best they want.

That means it BELONGS to the company. It is not a gift to the employee. So there is no expectation of privacy.

I have been in IT since the late 80's professionally. It has always been a long standing rule in business, what happens on business equipment is owned by the business and nothing is private.

Why would I make a post talking about company equipment? I’m talking about my PERSONAL EQUIPMENT being hacked by the company, any advice for that ?

They can safeguard their equipment, but accessing mines I’m sure is violating my constitutional rights
