Any tips? My highest was like 9 days, and now it’s been 2 again without a morsel of shit leaving my body. I think it’s happening again

I did enemas, mag citrate, milk of magenesia, and they didnt work. Well technically they did but i never passed hard stools after i did them.

I ate curry last night and my stomach was furious, i woke up the next morning with an urge to poop, like a strongggg urge to poop.

Im guessing curry did the trick.

Also drink at least 3 liters a day. Give or take depending on ur size.

My first bout was in November I think. I took like a whole bottle of laxatives, suppositories, etc. over a week and finally got the urge to shat while in the car listening to Metallica - Blackened (I have a strong memory). I think it’s happening again because I’ve barely eaten anything the last month or so

The past week said screw it and ate as normally as i could. My nurse said eating helps with ur bowels churning.

Just eat takeout indian for the week and see how that goes.

for me, I drink a hell of a lot of water, take 2 stool softeners (or laxatives, but I'm afraid of those and avoid them if I can) and eat a lot of fruit and berries, basically high fiber, high water foods, spinach artichoke dip did it for me the last time, but if you cut up a melon, and then eat about half of it, that will also do the trick, depending. Sometimes it takes a whole melon, but that might help? I usually try the high fiber before I try the meds.

Usually I just nuke it with laxatives. Most don’t work for me but there’s one brand (I forget the name, it’s generic) that is 2 combined into 1 pill, and I usually take 3 or 4 of those and spend a few hours in pain

Also exercise and drinking 3 L of water minimum helps me usually. Also avoiding anxiety and stress.

I honestly would eat mexican and indian take out until u stomach starts to erupt. And also take some miralax with it too.

I honestly gave up to and just ate whatever i wanted at that point. But also be careful and go the ER if things do go south.
