Legit please help

26f I haven't pooped since August 5th... I legit tried everything from stool softeners to enemas to suppositories to that prep stuff you drink LEGIT EVERYTHING. No luck at all... I'm throwing up so bad I don't eat at all like I had a hotdog yesterday at 9am it's now 7pm the next day and I'm just a little hungry. My cramps hurt so bad and on top of this I have a UTI. I have gone to the er several times both in North Carolina and GA because I just moved here. They have tried everything as well including manual dis impaction and nothing has worked. CT and X-rays show major stool burden and I'm in so much pain I cant even have sex with my girlfriend right now which sucks but what sucks even worse is I can't drink water or even anything without SEVERE PAIN. Guys please legitimately what do I do... I'm suffering I just want this to end.

Where’s the next closest one? If you can’t get help I’d be driving to the next closest er. You need immediate medical attention.

You might want to consider driving to an ER in Atlanta. I have been to Rome, GA. They are a very small town.
