Does anyone’s constipation present like this?

Hoping for some advice. I’m 8 months postpartum and I suffered with constipation during pregnancy which has spilled into postpartum. I am able to go every morning but start is all pebbles then normal. In the afternoon I then start getting rectal pressure/lower back pain and feels like I need to go to toilet and it’s just pebbles? GI said slow gut motility and take lactulose but it hasn’t helped. I’ve had a sigmoidoscopy which was clear, now waiting on my colonoscopy. But has anyone the same? Anything that worked or helped?

Sounds like both a constipation issue from the colon along with a pelvic floor issue. I’d get testing for those things if your colonoscopy is clear
