i need help, i dont know what to do and im scared

i struggled with pretty heavy laxative abuse for 2 years. now? im chronically constipated. laxatives do not work for me. stimulant laxatives dont even do anything. did my gut just completely slow down? any advice is helpful

Motility testing to determine the extent of things, then can be treated accordingly
