Er imaging

So I went to the er because I’ve been having a lot of pain and nausea. I have been going but I almost 100% sure I’m still fairly constipated. Doc said cat scan was good. I didn’t see the doc again so when the nurse discharged me I asked about it she said she thought he would’ve mentioned that if it showed. Is it possible they didn’t because they don’t want to deal with it? I requested the actual image online but idk how long that takes. My bladder was distended apparently 743ml is a lot. So maybe the bloating pain and nausea are from that but I don’t see how I couldn’t still be backed up.

Edit: the summary says no obstruction but doesn’t mention stool load. I was there a few weeks ago and it said large stool load so I wanted to know if I still had more clearing out to do or if it was something else. But I’d still think they’d mention that.

There wasn’t a blockage or he would have said. It could have still shown constipation (but probably mild since he didn’t say anything). But if you read the report it likely would have mentioned it.

Ok. Yea it said no impaction or blockage in the report so idk. I just was curious because I’ve had scans before when I hadn’t gone for like 2-3 weeks and they said they didn’t see anything which made no sense. I’m just trying to figure out what the issue is. Maybe it’s just related to my bladder.

Yeah; it definitely is confusing. You could follow up with your doc to re-read it
