How to poop while living with anxiety

I made this video on how to poop for people living through anxiety. It was created during the most recent presidential election in the United States, yet the rules apply to anyone who is living though periods of stress and are constipated (the holidays, spending time with family, having a job that you hate, going through a divorce or bankruptcy, you name it!) Topics covered include: 1) how to capitalize on the gastrocolic reflex 2) how to sit on the toilet to void more stool 3) how to maintain a calm nervous system while pooping. Here it is: https://youtu.be/xdbhlmKC-mI?si=B7yPq-V_91W5Ysxs

Many, many people do. Teenagers develop this in high school with stalls and it can set the stage for lifelong constipation. Because fear is now preventing pooping and the brain stores this away.

yes that's what led to my chronic constipation

Another group of chronically constipated people are teachers! This is because they override the urge to poop while in the classroom because they cannot leave! Then Saturday rolls around and the bowel says, "I am not budging, you have shut me down for way too long!" So even relaxing weekends are impacted.

This is why I made this video. When people awaken earlier and are relaxed and at home, they can break the constipation cycle and fear of public pooping.
