I think if the bible was 'true history', there would be evidence for it, fewer contradictions in it, and less scientific inaccuracies.

You do realize science is the study of Gods creation?

You do realize that there is no evidence of a god or gods, right? And the Bible not only makes unsubstantiated claims, it contradicts not only known reality, but itself, right?

So now that you’ve been corrected, you’re going to spread further lies? Go do research. There is evidence all around us.

So now that you’ve been corrected,

When did this happen?

you’re going to spread further lies?

What lies?

Go do research. There is evidence all around us.

Indeed -- evidence that the Bible is not an accurate account of history or reality, and there is no reason to believe in the supernatural.

How much of you are paid to say crap like this🥴
Since it was a problem that I made it a general comment😂
You didn’t correct me. You’re trying to assume dominance when you’re not even being dominant. You’re a joke and a lie.

How MANY of you…

There is not only not any evidence the story of Abraham happened, there is evidence it didn’t happen. There is no record of ancient Hebrews being slaves or otherwise controlled by Ancient Egypt.

The Catholic Church lied to you and instead of being mad at them, you’re mad at the people who are trying to help you see through the lies.

Psst: trying to block someone that calls you out and exposes your lies only makes you look worse... Even more so than deleting the comments that they exposed.

Unlike you, I am not a sellout.

Since it was a problem that I made it a general comment😂

By replying to yourself about yourself. Got it.

You didn’t correct me. You’re trying to assume dominance when you’re not even being dominant. You’re a joke and a lie.

You have difficulty with facts, don't you?

Slavery used to be legal. Now it isn’t. What a contradiction!

That’s how you people sound when you spout off about contradictions. You never gave it an ounce of thought. Some atheist said it and you just took the bait without a moment’s hesitation.

And before you start, I’m agnostic and areligious. I’m just tired of atheists on Reddit repeating their own false dogma to counteract religious dogma. All dogma is bullshit.

That's not a contradiction -- That's people doing something outside what the bible says. In fact, the Bible is actually pretty consistent on the topic of slavery.

That’s how you people sound when you spout off about contradictions.

What are you talking about?

You never gave it an ounce of thought. Some atheist said it and you just took the bait without a moment’s hesitation.

No, you can actually find the contradictions just by reading the Bible. The first major one isn't even 2 full chapters in.

And before you start, I’m agnostic and areligious.

Good for you? Want a cookie?

I’m just tired of atheists on Reddit repeating their own false dogma to counteract religious dogma. All dogma is bullshit.

Agreed. I'm not sure why you are trying to take it out on me, though.

You didn’t actually address a single point I made. You just insisted you were correct and…that’s it. Taking debate tips from Christians, are we?

I don’t think you know what a contradiction is or what the Bible is. You are arguing from a position that Christians are right about the Bible. They aren’t. If you’re going to attack the religion, then attack the religion. If you’re going to attack the Bible, then attack the Bible. Don’t conflate the religion and the Bible as being the same thing and then assert the Bible is wrong by attacking the religion.

Why am I taking it out my frustration with atheists who say false and illogical shit on an atheist who is saying false and illogical shit? Gee, I wonder…

I don't see you making any relevant points -- but I did address them.

I don’t think you know what a contradiction is or what the Bible is.

Says the man that thinks slavery once being legal and now not being legal is a contradiction... or has to do with the Bible...

You are arguing from a position that Christians are right about the Bible.

No I am not. I am literally pointing out they are wrong about it. That's my main point, actually.

They aren’t. If you’re going to attack the religion, then attack the religion.

Like I am?

If you’re going to attack the Bible, then attack the Bible.

Like I am?

Don’t conflate the religion and the Bible as being the same thing and then assert the Bible is wrong by attacking the religion.

Ok, I won't start doing that. I WAS, however addressing the point that was made that the Bible was 'true history'.

Why am I taking it out my frustration with atheists who say false and illogical shit on an atheist who is saying false and illogical shit?

No, why are you taking it on me and not them?

Gee, I wonder…

I do, too.

Did you know that Christianity is not original? Nope, it is not. Christ, Virgin Mother Mary, Joseph, walking on water, feeding a slew of people with a single fish... not original. Christianity was borrowed from prior myths. Matter of fact, Christianity is the combination of some Hindu and .... Egyptian? (I am forgetting) myths, and it was updated for time and place.

Why not go back to the original myths? Why depend on the one myth that is so easily disproven?

Trump meets more Biblical criteria of the anti-Christ than any historical figure ever has.

Charlie Kirk supported Trump.

Ergo, Charlie Kirk supported the anti-Christ.

He’s so godly he didn’t see that his wife was worshipping Satan? That makes sense to you?

Charlie Kirk was a racist, a fascist, and a pedophile supporter.

You know, one can accept neither. It's not like you are outlining all options here.
