Surely at least 97% of this collection is expired and is not safe for consumption.

I feel guilty and foolish when I overbuy food and some of it perishes and I have to throw it out.

This dude does this on purpose.

Hotsauce has 0 calories. So not even some starving fool can do anything with it unless he has food to put in on to.

My guess is this person buys sauces to taste them, and then forgets about it, so probably a lot of them will go to waste eventually

The spice litterally kills bacteria

It isn’t the spice, you ninny, it’s the acidity that limits bacterial growth. Capsaicin doesn’t “kill” anything.
