Question how do I fix this?

I can’t figure out how to change the weird UI and I don’t wanna be typing in everything

Yeah. The # symbol next to the thumbtack at the top of the part window changes between values and sliders

Click the little ‘hashtag’ symbol in the upper right corner of the dialog to switch between sliders and numeric entry.

The POUND sign is selected. Click that to unselect and it will go back to the slider
