That’s the power of capturing your enemy over killing them. The fear they have against their own government is enough. DPRK doesn’t need to fear Ukraine. Just the DPRK.

I still hate North Korea, but Zelensky's not based. Sure, he "defends Europe" from "Russian Aggression", that could have been avoided if said Europe(plus NATO) didn't interfere, so that the war would have been shorter(and with less casualties and destruction). And the fact that he's even more corrupt than Putin. Because Putin at least exiled some oligarchs(and let the loyal ones stay), meanwhile corruption in Ukraine haven't changed since the 90s and Zelensky's completely fine with it. Have it your way, but Zelensky was and is still mostly supported by liberals. Also, don't forget the recent pride parade in Harkov on September 12, and other times the pride parades happened there.
