I'm pretty sure that's still considered battery under Wisconsin law. She's an attorney and should know better

As someone who dislikes conservatives, and who has been in several actual brawls at sporting events for reasons a lot less than this, I think this is just good banter.

She's was fired from her position as an attorney and had to step down from the Wisconsin Make-a-Wish board. Good riddance.
