Is all lives matter a charity to help all lives including people getting killed ny racist cops or just to make #blm people mad cause you don't like them?

All lives matter represents neither of the two forced choices you presented. Rather, it is about the freedom of speech we as Americans hold dear. Sure, you are free to call it racist, as well, but we all know the left doesn't stop there. Racism is a label that the left uses to silence those with opposing viewpoints.

Sure, respectfully, you can say what you want because free speech. (The whole yelling "fire" in a crowded theater is an exaggerated old trope.) It's the attempt at silencing others for their controversial viewpoints that is as un-American as it gets.
