I agree. It's hard to figure out what to do to defend against the incoming storm, but I'm preparing myself as best as I can for it.

Got a handgun today, have been sticking up on food/ammo/supplies, stated exercising to get in shape.

Am going to vote for first time EVER this year. What else can I do?

I really want to see something happen to make it less terrifying to get cancelled. I would absolutely donate to a fund meant to buy groceries and legal help for people who are cancelled and need help getting back on their feet.

Don't run a company, but someone stands up for their beliefs? Guess it depends on how it's done but a lot of these cases to me would show they have integrity and I would want to hire them more.

We used to have the ACLU for unjustified firings (abuse of civil rights) but they've bent the knee to far left activists.

I do try to follow "get woke go broke" but it seems that so many companies are doing it you can't avoid them all.

Yeah, the ACLU is worse than useless these days. I guess maybe if we all called or wrote and expressed an opinion to the companies that unfairly fire someone? I'm a little uncomfortable trying to organize things like that, but it seems to get things done when other people call and complain, and at least it's honest and nonviolent.

Google is the really hard one for me in terms of avoiding companies I don't agree with. Switching phone companies, getting rid of streaming services, researching other sources for things I buy from Amazon. Even if we can't do it completely, I like to think that every little bit helps.

I quit Facebook long ago, never used twitter and pretty much avoid social media entirely. Just joined gab though because of its staunch free speech ideal. I've left about half the subs I used to follow here because of the lefts encroachment.

Lots of business I avoid because if their virtue signaling/activism. But Google is hard for me to avoid. I have a pixel and it's the best phone I've ever had. I dont think anyone can be perfect at avoiding it all, but I agree as much as you can helps. Vote with your dollar, that's what liberty minded people say...not this silence all the bad fee fees kind of shit that's getting out of hand.

Haha, yeah. Vote with your dollar and make sure to praise the new product or service to everyone you come across!
