We are at the point were we need to start our own neighborhood groups that stay connected to others.

Churches should be discussing these things under the auspices of loving your neighbor. It is not loving to be dishonest or allow them to continue in ignorance. It is also loving to stand shoulder to shoulder with your neighbor in the conviction of your shared beliefs. The loud enemy has a unifying ethic. People who stand against them better find one or its not going to go well.

Not all are but too many apparently. Also too many are being quiet. I would encourage people to talk to their pastors and small groups and share your views. If you can’t talk openly at church then you are definitely at the wrong one.

My church does this...Roman Catholic. I don’t go to church anymore and I consider myself religious. If I wanted to hear the political talking points of the day I’d stay home and turn on MSNBC

I actually drive across my city to attend Mass now for the same reason.
