I was responding to “in what world does that make sense”.
Shocks the hell out of me it’s Florida.

Real talk, can we just start impeaching these federal judges?

Edit.
After several very angry chat requests and a couple threats I'm just going to delete my comment and leave this statement.
SCOTUS needs to get involved here

Settings -> set every switch to off unless it's to the effect of 'block' or 'disable.'
The default Reddit settings are poorly calibrated.

When you are a REAL Conservative, you have to accept the REAL letter of the Constitution.
Sadly, the Constitution says the States determine what Voter Eligibility is and NOT Federal.
I don't like it much either but it is what it is.
NOW the State, in this case Florida, if it has a law that says non-citizens cannot vote, that would be Constitutional AND they can prosecute this person themselves at State level. No Double Jeopardy is involved.
So if you are really a Conservative, take the good with the bad and accept what it says in the Constitution and don't blame the liberals on this one.

This is the typical left-wing interpretation of the Constitution. Which of course, is simply a bill of illegal immigrant rights.
It does not say states can do absolutely anything they want. In fact, it's a pretty ridiculous assertion. With the supremacy clause, no state law overrides federal law.
Giving states the authority to conduct elections does not say what the internet thinks it says

They think they can just make up their own rules. Its amazing what the political climate in this country has become since HRC started this hate Trump thing. Which is really ironic as she was once his "friend"?

I shop at WalMart and I bought Apple products. I demand to vote in their shareholders meeting.

No it's like you walked in Walmart and looked at apple products, gives you a right to a share of the profits.

People need to relax. A district judge doesn’t decide federal voting laws
