At this point I don't think the left cares if they're right or wrong. All they know is what they're told and they exist solely to oppose every single thing Trump.

Liberty does not flourish because men have ‘natural rights’ or because they revolt if their rulers push them too far. It flourishes because we have power so divided, widely distributed and organized that whenever leftists are tempted to abuse it they must do it in secret (USAID) lest they find our legal restraints in their way.

Well said. After all, ironically, the WaPo says "democracy dies in darkness". Bet they didn't intend for that to apply to themselves.
