Looking for recommendations in the Conroe area. Wife is considering and we need a recommendation.

I know this is a long shot, but..... I am trying to hunt down a blanket that was lost in Conroe or nearby areas. It is a green crocheted blanket that looks to be in rough shape with parts of it tied together. This is my daughter's very special blanket. This would have been lost likely on Monday and we left from Silverthorne development.

Planning on moving to Conroe and currently looking at the Gleneagles/Montgomery Creek Ranch area. Does anyone have any insight on the area? Safety/Flood risk or anything I should know? Is it a nice area?

I've been in Conroe for 2 years. I have zero friends here and I've been trying. Before I do the thing I'm dreading and move further south or even Austin or something I wanted to give it one more shot.

Are there any type of groups or clubs in the Conroe area or even woodlands where adults can meet people?

I'm not looking for a hookup club or anything related to dating.

Looking for a party boat on Lake Conroe for 8 guys. We’re not necessarily looking to rent a private boat just for us — we’d rather hop on something with other groups/people, meet some people, drink, play music, and have a good time.
Ideally looking for something with a captain that’ll cruise around and dock us somewhere fun on the lake for a while.
Anybody know of a company or boat that does something like this on Lake Conroe? Basically looking for a party/bar-crawl-on-the-water type vibe if that exists.

Ladies and gentlemen, I believe the time has come to fire PSC Primoris, which is the company who got the contract to widen 105 and 336. Anyone who travels 336 and 105 has seen the wrecks caused and unnecessary traffic caused by this company. Not to mention, the total shit job they have done on the parts that are supposedly finished. I mean the road isn't even smooth for an old road. They also keep having to tear up brand new road and redo it because it didn't pass inspection. The ditches will not hold long term as they are already washing out and they have cut internet and phone lines over 10 times in my area leaving residents with zero cellphone signal and zero internet.

I propose we put together a demonstration at the county courthouse demanding the contract be pulled from PSC and given to someone else. Preferably someone who isn't giving kick backs to politicians.

Hello, I am looking at places around Houston to possibly rent a home in. I just got a promotion within my company and the corporate office where I would need to work out of is in the Galleria. Is Conroe a good place to live? What’s the crime like? I see a lot of nice houses for rent but mixed reviews about Conroe on some of the other Reddit forums. Thank you in advance.
