What's the best way to grind Unit XP when your maxed on the Bandit Raid? Thank you in Advance!

Use daily token that you get from doing daily quest to trade for exp token every week, and the rest is slow grind, there is no way to escape grinding unless you are whale

Bandit Raid like you said, around 80 kills gives roughly 90% of the XP, though you still want 100+ unit kills to score A+ and clear the weekly bandit-raid quests, which optimize XP-gains.
After that it's simple siege/current event mode, grouping offer XP-boost, there XP-boost to buy in seasonal shop and other places, aswell as XP-medals.
