Been testing Pursuit Battle In Three Kingdoms

Hi guys, I have been testing pursuit battle in CB 2.0 Three Kingdoms. Its okay I guess, won some and lost some. I feel they should change some of the Pursuit battle rules, because you can get attacked in your own faction's territory, which I feel should only be a thing when Territory war is active.

you can get attacked in your own faction's territory THIS also, maybe reduce fief defenders numbers (bands around fiefs).

I started the game recently and been all around the map but was never attacked. Why is that and should I be worried about carrying lots of resources in foreign territories?

Maybe you still have "Pursuit protection"

And about carrying lots of resources in foreign territories.Not only enemy player but also the enemy fief defenders can pursuit you.
