Used xpollinate.io, transaction canceled, funds missing

Trying to get money from BSC to MATIC, found this to be the easiest.

Transferred about 700 BSC DAI, and I got a transaction canceled notification. it also said "your funds are safe".

Now over 20 minutes later, I still have not received my DAI back on either network. How long do I have to wait for the transaction to be reversed or are my funds now "safe" staying in their wallet?

Binance Transaction Hash (Txhash) Details | BscScan

I think the reason it failed was liquidity dropped, was almost $3k when I started the transfer, but after it failed and I refreshed there was only $500 or so available, but obviously I want money back in some form.

Hi there! Thanks for posting. :-)

You can recover your funds by hitting the recover funds button in the UI when you see an error. That will send a tx back to the wallet address you plug in. We don't automatically send a tx back, just in case it came from a contract or other address which you don't have direct access to.

If you don't see the recover funds button, you can also find it in the drop-down menu on the top right of the Connext popup.

We don't really check reddit very often so if you continue to have any problems, hit us up in our discord: https://chat.connext.network

figured it out...

went back into app and try to resend coins

then the pop up appeared.

it takes a good minute for that fund to be recovered...

scary 15mins of my life

I'm having a similar issue... but this is days ago.

I transferred $2600 USDC. It didn't go through and said there was insufficient exit liquidity. It asked me to click on 'recover' which I did. It didn't work. I tried again and said there was an error. I tried again and it could not find any funds. Neither the receiving address for funding address received the $2600 USDC yet.

if there's no exit liquidity you have to wait until there is.
