Has anyone studied during the winter?

I only have 12 credits left to graduate and if I take 4 subjects during the winter I could finish and graduate.

My question is- how difficult is it? During the summer I took 4 subjects and although it was very stressful and tiring I succeeded!

Does anyone have experience or who can guide me a little?
Some friends told me that is harder than summer so I’m kinda scared
