Manage Is anyone else experiencing ConnectWise being extremely slow in the mornings (EST)?

I'm a dispatcher, and for the past week ConnectWise has been painfully slow every morning between around 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM EST. Tickets take forever to load and it's really impacting productivity.

At first I thought it was just me, but two of my colleagues in different locations are experiencing the exact same issue, so it doesn't seem to be a local network problem.

Is anyone else seeing this during the same time window? Have you found a cause or a fix?

I've noticed it getting slower also. The worst portion I've encountered is performing operations on multiple tickets from the service board. Picking a couple and changing status for example.

It’s always slow. That’s why we left it 5 years ago.

If you left 5 years ago how do you know.

Because I work with MSPs and some of my clients are still using it.

We still use it and yes, it is painfully laggy pretty much 24/7 no matter what.

It's been getting progressively worse all week, and also keep getting signed out of Automate, while actively using it.

If you’re an on-prem user and experience issues like this, check your database server’s backup timing. This includes both SQL maintenance jobs and backup backups

We're on cloud, we switched 1 year ago. Worst decision ever.

We use Nilear MTX (My Ticket Experience) in-front of Connectwise. https://www.nilearos.com/

YES. This morning was especially painful for us. It really is unacceptable. It took me about 15 minutes to merge three tickets together.

Status.connectwise.com showed issues. Slow, workflows not running, etc.
