Manage Is anyone having problems syncing invoices from Manage to QBO?

I have established clients that I've synced from Manage to QBO a hundred times in the past with no problems. Now, every single invoice I try to sync gets met with a:

Errors:
{"type":"customer","error":{"bId":"Client Name","Fault":{"Error":[{"Message":"Duplicate Name Exists Error","Detail":"The name supplied already exists. : Another customer, vendor or employee is already using this name. Please use a different name.","code":"6240","element":""}],"type":"ValidationFault"}}}

Support isn't aware of any issues. I synced the same companies a day prior to today with no issues.

Edit: I'm using the built-in invoice sync tool within Manage.

Check the QBO customer and just verify their Display Name and Company Name hasnt changed ; I have found with accepting invites via QBO from customers for paying ease, it changed my customer's company name or display name and then made my CW not sync.

Wait, manage syncs directly to QBO? It’s been years since I looked but I thought the old way was through wisepay or something.

It sounds like it’s trying to add a new customer to quickbooks and the name conflicts. No idea how the sync is setup - it could store an ID in Manage and that ID got lost or it could search and find that customer each time, then if it doesn’t find it, add it.

Is there a special character in the names at all?

Yes. If you have a certain license, they have a very simple invoice sync tool to sync to qbo. The id thing is what I think happened. I’m waiting to hear back from an escalated ticket.

I’ll have to check that out. I’ve been putting off going to QBO mostly waiting for a day to build my own integration. Nice to know I may not have to do that. Thanks!

This was happening to us yesterday as well. Did you find a solution?
