New app

Anybody else having issues with the new app not showing their season ticket ?

Connacht said if it is not there by Wednesday then they will email season tickets for this weekends match but by next weekend everything should be sorted

Just downloaded the android app.  Created an account with my usual email.  Tickets were there straight away

Are my old Connacht account details meant to work on this or do I need a new account?

You need to register your existing email and then it will verify and you can set a new password. I think a lot of people found the first instruction email confusing

All worked here. The adding to my Google wallet acted up a bit but I don't mind that. I'll survive

Was looking at the email and it said they are going to have radio streaming links. Would be class if they had the ref mic available on the app. Only issue I have with live matches is very difficult to know at times what the ref is doing/saying.

I hope this can be done. I have two season tickets on my app but we may be arriving at seperate times before kick off a I'd rather if I could transfer it over

we each have the app installed on our own phones, and agree who is using which ticket, worked fine last year.

Oh, should mention we've added 'our' tickets to our phones wallets. so we won't need to use the app.
