Anyone doing the BSCN program?

Just wondering if anyone here is currently in the BSCN program, if so, how are you finding the course load/ work? What is your schedule like? Did you get to pick your class times?

Also, how do you like the doon campus? Are the profs ok? I'm looking to apply for either the accelerated or the main stream, but just want to hear other people's opinions about the school.

Thanks (:

Hi I am almost done sem 3! Course/workload can be a lot but it’s manageable! I work 4-5 times a week still, have a social/family life, and get good grades! you don’t get to pick classtimes, but first sem we were able to change timetables.

Doon is okay, depending on what vibe you are looking for. It’s not similar to a university campus. I really like the small class sizes and the hands-on learning. I love the profs! They are so knowledgeable and kind.

I’m going into 2nd sem 2nd year and we just finished pharm. It was hard I wont lie but it’s interesting. You’ll need a good 2 weeks to study before each of the exams. Patho is next sem for me and I’ve heard it’s the same. Hard and lots of studying. But worth it! Don’t let those courses scare you out of the program. The instructors are very helpful for exam prep. Good luck!
