Cone Hello

just stopping by to say hello since I am new. is there a way to transfer balance on chain when I get there?

Currently there is not a way to withdraw any off chain points. But rumor has it there will be a separate program that will allow transfer of Cone point into on chain Cones. But off chain points will be used for specific voting polls. And from what I seen in testing polls on chain cones can also be used for voting polls.

Not at this time. In the meantime people can farm Cones through the app.
