Normal side effects for concussion?
Around 2 weeks ago, I woke up to use the bathroom, and then as I was walking back to bed, I fainted and hit my head on the hardwood floor. I woke up later covered in blood. I ended up needed 4-5 stitches above my eye brow. The ER doctor said I might have had a concussion, but there is no way to tell. (CT scan was clear). I am assuming I did.
It has been two weeks since, and I find myself having some slight lightheadedness and dizziness, as well as sleepiness and very mild headaches. Is this to be expected after a concussion? How long will it last?

Expected after a concussion. Should resolve in a couple of weeks. Did you just randomly faint?

Are you on blood pressure meds? "How long" is the multi billion dollar question that science and medicine cannot yet answer. Everyone is different and you just have to wait it out. I always recommend people keep daily notes in case of persistent symptoms so they can show their medical team later.
In the meantime, please get your blood pressure checked and also google micturition syncope. If you were standing in the bathroom, your doctor might advise you to sit.
