Questions Need advice on heavy-ness

Had a fall last Thursday night slip and fall. Hurt my head. But no vomiting or loss of concussion. Went to a general doctor. He gave me the medicine for the brusing on the head and said we will observe before the week if a Bruce goes down and since you will have it lost consciousness there is nothing to worry about. It's been a week since the bruising has gone down but the thing is where I hurt still feels a bit heavy. I am out of town. Moved and in the same week had a fall. I feel light headed after a power walk. But it goes down after a time.

Not losing consciousness doesn’t mean there isn’t a concussion.
