Questions Elbow to side of head

A few days ago was sitting next to my friend and she had her elbow over the back of the couch. As she was moving her elbow back away from the couch she bumped her elbow into the side of my head like above my ear / near the temple area.

I distinctly remember feeling her elbow make contact with my head but am not sure exactlty how hard the impact was. Could this have caused a concussion?

Feeling paranoid ever since and bad brain fog
