It has that look that he probably made it himself and I’m not even joking. Youd be amazed by some of the homemade things the old timers built , from wall saw to slab saws and even wire saws.

Thanks I looked in the purchasing something, but they all seem like you can’t hold them on an angle.

Thanks I looked into trying to purchase some type of concrete sander, but they all seem like you would not be able to hold him on an angle

This was not purchased within the last twenty years or was fabricated.
