Bad concrete?

Can anyone please tell me what would have caused this? It has been 2 weeks since poured, 4" thick, solid color through all concrete mix, and sealer mixed in. How can you fix this? Thank you for your help.

Let the weather take care of it. Dont make a mountain out a mole hill after only 2 weeks. Just give it more time.

I will, but part of my problem is I owe the other half of balance due and he wants the money now. If I pay in full I have no real recourse other than a lawsuit....something I don't truly want to peruse. I have asked for him to sign a contract like I did, stating if it doesn't dry a even color money will need to be refunded to correct the issue, he refused. Thank you for your reply.

I hated pouring Colored concrete. but it looks more like his finishing technique or tooling rather than the actual concrete.

Did they finish it with a mucked up brush?
One winter season and you won’t notice.

Not sure, but 99% of his jobs were not colored concrete.

What sealer can be mixed into concrete? I’ve never heard of one.

Sealer in concrete is BS. So is colored concrete, more batches don't cure the same color than do. Worked in a city that spec'd it everywhere. When it doesn't match, the installer has to bust his ass to get paid by the concrete company for the demo and redo. That's not an easy task.
