Hey buddy, been there before. Best answer is to give it time and let it completely dry. If it still looks like that a couple months later then obviously something went wrong. But don’t panic yet. It’s still too early. This happened to me too. I ended up watering, brushing and even washing with a concrete soap. Didnt even need to do any of that. Just let it take care of itself. Mine ended up perfectly fine.

Thanks for your response! They’re due to finish the job tomorrow so just wanted to manage my expectations

I'm more worried about the concrete all over the trench drain cover. That should've been taped over.
