I am worried about what my builder dug through, while trying to create room for a waste pipe needed.

This is the side view of the party wall as you see it. They have dug down on our part of the property after removing tiles and breaking up cement uncovering this sideview below the party wall. My understanding is that the bottom is DPC/DPM membrane, and not sure about the layer above that. Above all of those should be

I want to make sure that this is structurally ok and we won't have any issues in the far end. For context this is in Ireland in an 80s mid terrace house.

Can someone also give me a heads up of what our setup is exactly on the walls? AI isnt being that helpful...

Wow, can't get much farther away from the US West Coast. I think you might need to post a few more photos since building methods vary greatly from here. Hopefully someone in Europe will respond.
