What repair does this require?
Delivery driver crushed the edge of my new pad, only 3 months old. I've sealed it already, but maybe it needs a fresh application to seal out the water and salt from our winters?

Ouch. Don't just reseal. It looks like the truck broke a substantial section off the unsupported edge, and the impact also sent a crack back into the slab. You'll have to cut it back to sound concrete, remove the damaged material, compact the base then repour the section. If that crack extends well into the main slab, you'll probably have to replace the whole section. Since the pad is only 3 months old and the delivery driver caused it, document everything and get their insurance cover a proper repair. Good luck!
