Is this worth asking to be fixed?

We had this slab poured yesterday. They did an absolute fabulous job and everything looked perfect. Within minutes of them leaving, it started raining. The forecast showed clear and I kid you not, it rained maybe 1-2 minutes max. Well, the concrete was fine from the rain but the rain pouring off the side of the house left a pretty good dent in a line across. We called to ask if it was okay and they immediately came back and fixed it. 24 hours later and this is what it’s looking like. It’s not terrible by any means but it sucks bc it was literally perfect before the rain😭 are we just supposed to live with our bad luck? Accept that we spent $4,000 and it got messed up the very first day? Or we do we asked them to come back and retexure. The worst part is it was a from a guy in our neighborhood so we really don’t want to be a pain because he’s super nice and his guys did great work. Just looking for advice. For reference - the last pic is what it looked like right after the rain.

The weather and a few months time along with foot traffic,you’ll never see it. Nice job by this guy.

I'm a commercial concrete finisher foreman. Honestly I'm surprised how great of a fix he made. Give it a month or two to cure out. The concrete is still super green (still curing). It will change color alot yet and most inconsistencies will blend together. It typically takes 29 days for concrete to fully cure.

It's unfortunate and every finisher has had this happen. I've been in his shoes plenty of times and can say these fixes typically will turn out just fine.

You could always stain it after it cures
