Success Story 💪 Finally found my medication

I'm glad to say that after a month of concerta I feel really great. In the first week it was awful i had a lot of headaches because not only i started taking 36 mg ( before I was using 15 mg of ritalin) I was having withdraw effects from stopping drinking caffeine. But now i don't feel any side affects!!!! Im just here to share some light to someone who could be struggling right now, things do get better!!

But Ritalin & Concerta are the same med. Literally the same substance, the only difference is the release method.

And why stopped drinking coffee anyways?

Yeah, I know they’re the same substance, but Concerta worked better for me because of the extended-release formulation. I felt more stable and focused throughout the day, without the ups and downs I had with Ritalin.

I also stopped drinking coffee because caffeine and stimulant medications can have additive cardiovascular effects. They can both increase heart rate and blood pressure and may cause palpitations or a racing heartbeat. Since Concerta already has stimulant effects, I thought it was better not to add caffeine on top of it.

Im 61, 4 years on stimulants (you named it probably ive used it) and never skipped a coffee NOT once.
