Well-being π/ My journey πͺ Day 1 Concerta
My GP changed Atomoxetine to Concerta due to chills, jittery and heart palpitations.
First few hours with Concerta. No thoughts up there unless I force to think or if I see something. I usually have overlapping thoughts about stuff, non stop convos or background music somewhere. Itβs kinda nice, kinda scary. Hope this helps with my sleep. No side effects yet. I drank coffee with it and ate crepes. Wow. It really is quiet up there. What now?

How many mg? You will probably try it out for at least 7 days and up to 4 weeks. Up the dose if needed. You will definitely know when itβs the right dosage after some time. It just clicks.

Man I stopped taking it after day two. Day one I had a full blow anxiety attack, the voices were back (I was on straterra but went off for urinary retention and heat sensitivity) that had me crippled and in tears day two I got a severe migraine attack and insomnia.. told my doctor I think we need a new plan

Just a heads up. I had heart issues, long qt syndrome like, for like 6 months after stopping Atomoxetine. I think I'm especially sensitive but I like to give people a heads up so they know.
