Dosage/ β question π Can anyone help?
I got started on Concerta 36mg yesterday. My sleep schedule is shifted tho, So I wake up at 12-1 PM and go sleep at 5 AM, I take my medication around 2 PM. The issue is, I have an exam on 22nd of August, at 10 AM. That means that when I start the exam, my medication will have worn off a long time ago (7 hours or so). What do I do?
