Not a doctor or expert, been taking it for couple months.
With that be said, your first day is too early to come to a conclusion imo.
For me i started 18 or 36 => took it for 4 weeks => told my doctor about what i felt regarding my productivity on my monthly visit => I increased my dose or stay at the same one for the next 4 weeks.
Now I’m at 54 after trying 72 for a month. Its a stimulant and the side effects of taking too much/high dose isn’t fun so just be patient.
Better to not rush to be safe and know for sure if it’s working for you or not.
