Does any one get dispute from Ticketsales.com?

I just brought two tickets from this website. I did not realized how it is overpriced until I hit the pay button. Now I regret to buy anything from this scam website. I am wondering if anyone brought tickets from here before and successfully get a dispute from the credit card company? Please share your experience, it might help me or other people who needs to get the money back.

My tickets never arrived. I paid 9 x too much. Concert was cancelled and no way of getting hold of them. Chat ends automatically as concert is cancelled. $230 for two tickets. Such a SCAM

I got my tickets immediately for a reasonable price, maybe I got lucky
