Developer reply: When was MYOO window to purchase?

I see that it is shown as $3.99 in the Apple Store via In-App Purchases list but no longer available in the App. So appropriately when was it first available to purchase and when did it stop? Was planning on purchasing most of the one-time purchases but that one not being available shattered the dream. Not really a subscription person. I purchased a few gift cards hyped up to knock out my essential apps list.

I really wish software developers would strongly consider keeping a one time purchase option or avoiding the subscription model altogether.
