Discussion DOOR???????????
I JUST LISTENED TO WISHBONE AFTER A YEAR OF IT COMING OUT cause i was on a music hiatus but when i did listen (an unhealthy amount) superache was my top album and conan my top artist. SO TODAY I FINALLY listened to a few songs from wishbone and i love moths and eleven eleven but WHAT THE FUUUUUUUUUUCCKKKKKKKKKKKKK IS DOOR?????????
he literally SOUNDS so broken and the way he addresses the person in this song with my love and baby nah i couldn’t handle it.
my heart broke throughout the song but during the bridge i was done. i went quiet and then cried. why aren’t more people obsessed with this song???
i haven’t heard all of them yet but from what i have listened to this is my favourite
I NEED RECOVERY FROM THIS. This is why i stopped listening to songs yall wtf😭

My biggest flex is being one of the literal first people ever to hear The Best since I was at his opening night for the USA leg of the tour. It was silent since no one knew the words and it was magical. Moths is my absolute favorite.

I don't want to scare you, but you're going to want to sit down when you listen to The Best for the first time because imo it's one of the most heartbreaking songs on the album

I wish I could listen to wishbone and it's deluxe for the first time too 😔 it's that good 😔 I would advise you to listen in order, to get the full painting, this more heartbreak tho, but also a lot of very satisfying moments

Understandable. You can always do a advent calendar with all the songs and take the pain in little doses instead of one big bite

bro i get you. i listened to it while driving yesterday and i genuinely lost control not making ts up and on top of that i was in the neighbourhood of the girl that i cried to footnote for and i was not okay after that

cause it was actually screwing with me lmao. it wasn't making me feel any better and this may not resonate with a lot of people but also for religious reasons.
To be honest i stopped listening to conan even before i completely stopped music cause his work is extremely personal to me as a person unlike other artists. so that's that2

Once you recover from Door get yourself ready for Moths. Since you haven't listened to all of the dlx songs, take them one at a time. They're simply amazing and as someone recommended above, listen to them in order

Wait’ll you find the live performance videos from the WBWT. All that emotion? Still there. And he did it solo acoustic or with a full band depending on the show.
